Job description Responsibilities Experience in AppSheet preferable or any standard BPM tool. Ensure efficient deployment of standard business processes applications Collects business needs and best practices Train support business users. Ensure functional technical coherence between Group standards Collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards. Exchange and capitalize best practices with other business application analysts. Translate functional requirements into System Design Specifications Monitoring , Plan and track service tickets and managing in between ad-hoc. Follow up with team members on the open actions in tickets. Ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services Provide fast and efficient technical support for business-critical applications, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution. Assist end users with application-related requests, guide them through processes, and provide training and support to ensure optimal usage Support site Key Users in acceptance test evolutions Maintain customer satisfaction through active communication. Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations, procedures, and support-related documents. Create user guides and knowledge base articles. Experience / knowledge Total year of experience (2+ years of experience) Proven experience in application support or a similar role. Knowledgeable with SQL, JS, Python and Problem Solving. Knowledgeable with REST API. Strong ability to solve problems and be customer focused Ability to work in a high demand environment with multiple priorities Very team oriented and cooperative. Good command of English.
