Job description Job Title: Hydra Operator Bauxite Handling System / Material Handling System (MHS) Location: Odisha Salary: 24,000 per month (CTC) Experience: Minimum 5 10 Years Qualification: Matriculation (10th Pass) or above License: Mandatory Valid Hydra/Crane Operator License, (Equipment License) Job Description: We are hiring a responsible and experienced Hydra Operator to support our Bauxite Handling System / Material Handling System (MHS) operations. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Hydra or Crane Operator License and should have prior experience in safe and effective handling of Hydra cranes in plant or industrial environments. Key Responsibilities: Operate Hydra crane for lifting, shifting, and placing heavy materials as per site requirements. Conduct daily inspections of the Hydra crane and ensure its safe working condition. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. Assist in rigging, slinging, and material movement as per supervisor instructions. Maintain machine usage logs and report any malfunction immediately. Support maintenance or shutdown operations by providing lifting support. Ensure no damage to property, personnel, or material during operation. Key Requirements: Valid Hydra/Crane Operator License (must be current and recognized). Minimum 10th Pass (Matriculation); higher qualification preferred. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operating Hydra in industrial or mining sectors. Basic understanding of mechanical controls and safety checks of the machine. Physically fit to work under site conditions and in rotating shifts. High awareness of safety procedures and lifting techniques.
