Job description Job Title: JCB Operator Bauxite Handling System / Material Handling System (MHS) Location: Odisha Salary: 24,000 per month (CTC) Experience: Minimum 6 - 8 Years Qualification: Matriculation (10th Pass) or above License: Mandatory Valid Equipment Operator License for JCB Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled JCB Operator for our Bauxite Handling / Material Handling System (MHS) operations. The ideal candidate must possess a valid equipment operator license and have experience operating JCBs in an industrial, mining, or material handling environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate JCB safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, leveling, and other handling activities. Perform daily checks of the JCB machine to ensure operational readiness. Follow safety procedures and site instructions at all times. Assist in minor maintenance and inform the supervisor in case of mechanical faults. Maintain logs of machine usage and performance. Support site logistics and material movement as per instructions from supervisors. Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid spillage and equipment damage. Key Requirements: Valid JCB Equipment Operator License. Minimum Matriculation (10th pass); higher education is an advantage. Prior experience in industrial, plant, or mining sites preferred. Understanding of basic mechanical knowledge of the equipment. Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts or site conditions. Strong awareness of workplace safety and equipment handling guidelines.
