Job description Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability) Central Maintenance Body Staff Function Assembly In Charge Maintenance Experience for Conveyor System, Servo System, Drives , Liquid Transfer and Filling Systems , Robot, Tightening tools Manipulator and SPM. Should be proficient for PLC ,CC Link , Control & Automation System. Should have good trouble shooting skill. And should be able to do root cause analysis and counter measure implementation. Techno commercial expert for Spare Procurement, should be able to analyze cost for maintenance activities and identify/plan for revenue budget. Should have good experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning and Execution. Should have thorough Understanding Calibration / Inspection Process. Safety Management and guidance to supplier / subordinates. ISO 9001:2015/14001 Implementation. Implement Education to improve maintenance skill. Specific Function Skill Must have good Communication Skill English ( To be able to read , write, and talk ) Must have good Computer Knowledge ( Word , Excel , Power point). Knowledge of maintenance of hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment. Must be able understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
