IT Executive

Job description Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Executive to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hospitals IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of HMIS and other software/hardware systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain HMIS (Hospital Management Information System) Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues Install and update operating systems and hospital-related software Provide user support to doctors, nurses, and admin staff Maintain data security, backups, and antivirus systems Coordinate with external vendors for hardware or software support Monitor LAN/WAN network and internet connectivity Assist with biometric, CCTV, and PACS system support (if applicable) Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of IT support and networking Experience with HMIS or hospital IT systems preferred Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, printers, scanners Problem-solving and time management skills Ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Applications (BCA), IT, or related field MCA/B.E.
