Job description Role & responsibilities Develop & Execute Digital Strategy - Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization .Create a roadmap for digital transformation aligned with business goals. Process Optimization & Automation - Evaluate, recommend, and implement software solutions (ERP, CRM, automation tools, etc.). Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems Data Management and Analytics- Leverage data analytics to support business decision-making. Set up dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to understand their challenges and implement solutions. Train employees on new digital tools and processes Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Manage relationships with tech vendors, software providers, and consultants. Ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of digital initiatives Budgeting and Resource allocation - Preparation and management of IT budget. Ensuring effective allocation of IT resources for optimum utilization of ROI. Preferred candidate profile Experience in the agriculture/seed industry (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of sales & operations planning (S&OP). Exposure to marketing automation & analytics tools.
