Job description Job Title: HR Executive Location: Kolkata Experience Required: 2-3 Years Department: HR Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs. Design and publish job descriptions across various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. HR Operations: Assist in on boarding and induction of new hires. Maintain employee records and support compliance with statutory requirements. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in a agile environment. Strong sourcing skills with experience using job boards, social media, and professional networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus.
