MEP Foreman

Job description Job Title: MEP Foreman Salary Range: 35,000 - 50,000 per month Location: North Goa, Anjuna Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MEP Foreman to lead our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams on-site at our luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing MEP works in high-end residential projects, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all MEP works on site, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure MEP designs are integrated seamlessly with the overall project plan. Schedule and supervise the work of MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to MEP installations, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and codes related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Lead, motivate, and develop MEP team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on MEP project progress, budgets, and issues for senior management. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Foreman or Supervisor, with a focus on luxury residential projects. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations, with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project objectives. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
