Job description Roles and Responsibilities Job Description / Responsibilities: Lead the HR department, overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices aligned with hospital standards and accreditations (NABH, NABL, ISO). Drive talent acquisition for clinical, paramedical, administrative, and support staff. Manage performance appraisal systems, employee engagement programs, and grievance redressal. Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and medical council guidelines. Coordinate training, development, and capacity-building programs for hospital staff. Work closely with hospital leadership on workforce planning, cost optimization, and HR budgeting. Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and present key HR metrics to management. Ensure implementation of KRA/KPI, PMS & Review Cycles. Monitor Training & Development and Employee Engagement activities. Desired Candidate Profile Masters Degree in Human Resources, Hospital Administration, or related field. 812 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup. Strong knowledge of sourcing profiles from job porrtals, HR operations, labor laws, statutory compliance, and healthcare-specific HR challenges. Proven leadership skills, ability to manage HR teams and work cross-functionally. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with accreditation processes (NABH/NABL/ISO) and healthcare HR standards is highly desirable. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
