Manager - Product Management

Job description Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple B2B products ideation to launch to scale within a unified suite. Strategy Roadmap: Define product vision, prioritize features, and craft a short- and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals. Customer-Centric Thinking: Deeply understand customer problems through qualitative and quantitative research across global markets. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product initiatives. Delivery Execution: Drive agile sprints, ensure high-quality feature releases, and manage dependencies across product lines. Metrics Optimization: Track KPIs, conduct post-launch analysis, and iterate based on user feedback and usage data. Go-to-Market: Partner with GTM teams to ensure smooth launches, product positioning, and continuous market fit evolution. Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly and regularly with leadership and global stakeholders, aligning priorities and business outcomes. Requirements: 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS Proven ability to manage multiple interrelated products and build an integrated product suite. Experience building and scaling global-first products from India. Strong understanding of product strategy, positioning, pricing, and customer journey mapping. Expertise in working with remote engineering and design teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across all levels. Prior exposure to SaaS delivery models, APIs, automation platforms, or enterprise integrations is a strong plus. Experience in working with international stakeholders and adapting to varied customer personas and markets.
