Assistant Production Manager

Job description Role & responsibilities (Male can apply for this position) Breaking down all inputs requirements based on customer orders ensuring that these inputs are made available timely to the production department and planning of production, managing and controlling production, coordinating with production and marketing department whereby ensuring timely delivery to customers. Breakdown Customers orders for input requirements like Fabric, Accessories and logo requirements Coordinating with purchase department or fabrics and accessories for timely availability to production dept for required quantity and quality Keeping track of inventories levels of all standard input items Understanding order delivery requirements coordinating with marketing team Planning daily production based on various production plants capacity and capability Oversee production execution on daily basis, ensuring production progress as per planning Coordination to remove / resolve any production bottlenecks Coordinating with production and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery to customers Handle complete Order from the time PO is received till Shipment is done by checking POs received Finalizing Fabric consumption and fabric requirements with the Fabric Purchase Team Approving artworks and ordering complete packing material for every Order Arranging production s amples to the Buyers Following regularly all buyer requirements Preparing Production file for the Factory and have Production Meeting for every Order with the Factory. Sending PPT & various other forms duly filled in as per requirements of individual Customer. Follow-up Testing requirements with Fabric quality team & tie up for the same. Preferred candidate profile Who is having experience in production planning, controling , scheduling in textile/garments they can apply for this position also who have production merchandiser can apply.
