Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3years of experience in applying advanced Data science techniques to solve complex problems and drive innovation. You will work on cutting-edge projects that leverage AI to enhance our products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. What You'll Be Working On: 1. Develop and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models, focusing on NLP applications. 2. Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance. 3. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. 4. Design and conduct experiments to validate models, analyze results, and refine algorithms. 5. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a collaborative team culture. 6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP, applying best practices and innovative approaches to your work. 7. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. 8. Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on Generative AI and NLP. 2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries. 3. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
