AM/Sr.Engineer -Metallurgical & Mechanical Testing QA Lab

Job description 1. To ensuring Metallurgical & Mechanical Testing (Jominy, UTM, Microscope, Impact, Hardness). 2. To ensure Daily Casting Plan. 3. Customer Feasibility Report. 4. Daily Bloom Allocation. 5. To check Rolling Programme on daily basis. 6. Routine maintenance of all machines at R & D Centre, and maintain Calibration Records. 7. Metallurgical Test Report of complaint samples. 8. To ensure Final Certification as per customer requirement. 9. To ensure Daily Rolling Production Meeting & take necessary action 10. Responsible for Chemical Testing (Spectro Analysis), Gas Analysis method and gravimetric analysis methods 11. To ensure the chemical lab testing equipment's and Chemical analysis related IS/ASTM or Customer standards. To ensure about the knowledge and Documentation of ISO/IEC 17025/ ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate should have an exposure in Maintaining laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards, developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures, ensuring staff compliance, certifying instrument performance, arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair. 2. Qualification Required :- MSC in Chemistry / BSC in Chemistry or Diploma / B.tech in Metallurgy & Mechanical Engineering 3.
