Job description For B.A.M.S. College (as per NCISM / CCIM norms): Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) degree. A Postgraduate degree in Ayurveda in any discipline recognized by NCISM. Experience: Minimum 12 years of teaching experience in the subject concerned, including at least 5 years as Professor or equivalent. Should have a proven academic, administrative, and research background. Other Requirements: Must be registered with the concerned State or Central Council of Indian Medicine. Should fulfill all the norms and conditions prescribed by the NCISM (National Commission for Indian System of Medicine). For Pharmacy College (as per PCI / AICTE norms): Educational Qualification: B.Pharm and M.Pharm with First Class or equivalent either in B.Pharm or M.Pharm. Ph.D. in a relevant Pharmacy discipline is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 5 years shall be at the level of Professor. Should have a strong academic and administrative record. Other Requirements: Should possess excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Must comply with norms and regulations laid down by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and AICTE.
