Job description Roles and Responsibilities To teach Social Science for Grade 9 to 10 and educate students according to guidelines provided by the National Curriculum Framework under the overall guidance of the competent education authority To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of School or Co-ordinator Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, development & other data Classroom Management, Student Management Candidates must be Graduate (BA/B.com.). Additional degree like B.Ed., D.El.Ed., ECCE, DECE would have an added advantage. Develop the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children. Teachers with a primary teaching experience, creating or the use of innovative teaching methods, international curriculum etc. will be preferred. Ensure high-quality delivery in schools. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should have good communication skills in English. Organising and supervising Play and work activities. Candidate should have experience teaching in secondary classes (9& 10) Bachelor of Arts (In History/Pol Sci/Geography) Masters of Arts will be preferred. B.A. /B.Com. & Diploma in Elementary Education OR B.Ed. Candidates having experience in CBSE Board classes will be preferred.
