Job description Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with developers, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Manage client communications, conduct requirement workshops, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments for new and existing projects. Support in UAT planning, test case creation, and coordination with QA and client teams. Create process documentation, wireframes, flowcharts, and user manuals as needed. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Proven client-facing experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, or similar. Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and web/mobile application development. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. Experience working with cross-functional international teams. Exposure to tools like Postman, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
