Job description Roles and Responsibilities Oversee plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, execution, and maintenance. Coordinate with various departments (Production, Quality, Planning) to ensure smooth plant operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase efficiency. Develop strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality. Desired Candidate Profile-: If the preferred candidate is from same industries, the selection will be on priority basis. 7-12 years of experience in manufacturing or metallurgical industry. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy field. Strong understanding of plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and maintenance management.
