Job description Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes, including bulk hiring and campus hiring.
