Job description Make outbound calls to potential customers during night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Promote and sell our products/services to new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our offerings. Maintain customer records and update the CRM database regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the team to meet departmental goals. Follow up on leads and maintain positive relationships with customers.
