Real Estate Sales Manager

Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. 2. Manage key client relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining ongoing communication. 3. Lead the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities. 4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company's goals. 6. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance to senior leaders. Preferred candidate profile 7.
