Job description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Developer/Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize data management solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining data integration processes and cloud-based services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Informatica IDMC Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain data integration and data management solutions using Informatica IDMC. Configure and manage cloud-based data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and metadata management using Informatica tools. Cloud Data Integration: Integrate data from various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) into Informatica IDMC for seamless management. Ensure the smooth migration of on-premises data to the cloud environment. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and transformation issues. Optimize data integration workflows for improved performance and reliability. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet business needs. Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation of integration workflows, data models, and technical specifications. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Required Skills and Qualifications: Informatica IDMC Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud suite (e.g., Data Integration, Data Quality, Cloud Data Integration, and Metadata Management). Data Integration Expertise: Proficiency in ETL processes and tools, with experience in data transformation and orchestration. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. SQL & Database Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Programming & Scripting: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala is a plus. Data Governance and Quality: Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
