Associate Manager - Weaving Preparatory (Shift Supervisor)

Job description Supervise daily operations of the weaving preparatory department including warping, sizing, tying, and drawing-in. Plan and schedule preparatory activities to ensure timely beam delivery to the weaving department. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Ensure adherence to quality standards by monitoring yarn tension, beam quality, and sizing consistency. Train, coach, and evaluate preparatory staff to enhance their skills and maintain high productivity. Implement safety procedures and ensure a clean and hazard-free working environment. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics. Coordinate with the weaving and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
