Associate Program Manager

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to deliver programs on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop detailed project plans. Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates using tools like Jira/Confluence. Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns. Provide guidance on Agile methodologies (Scrum) best practices to improve program delivery efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in Program & Project Management or related field. Strong understanding of Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprin Cycle processes. Proficiency in Jira/Confluence software for tracking progress and managing projects.
