Senior Front End Engineer

Job description Job description We are seeking an experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX designers and backend developers to build and optimize new features for our applications. You will be a key player in defining and implementing best practices for UI development within the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex React applications with a focus on performance and scalability. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences and intuitive interfaces. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize data flow between the frontend and backend. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting high coding standards and best practices. Identify and establish UI development best practices and standards across the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our applications cutting-edge. Qualifications: Proven experience as a ReactJS developer, with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, ES6+, and modern React development practices (e.g., hooks, context API). Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS for responsive and efficient UI development. Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building optimized React applications. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling. Basic understanding of DSA relevant to UI development and data manipulation. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
