Experience on live chat process/web chat/chat support Basic Requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidates to be having experience of International Chat Process background. Key Responsibilities Chat Support. Candidates should be able to resolve customer issues. Chat ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
