Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to understand requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative architectural designs that align with business objectives. Your role will also include reviewing and refining architectural frameworks to ensure they are robust and adaptable to future needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in all deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and architectural principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization.- Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools.- Familiarity with SAP HANA DB Administration.- Knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
