Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess technology trends, and provide insights that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve system architecture and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration.- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization techniques.- Experience in managing and configuring SAP environments for high availability.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with SAP solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
