Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects and clients effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management, SAP Product Lifecycle Management.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code for performance improvements.- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other systems. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based in Pune.- A 15 years full time education is required.
