Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor junior team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA DB Administration, SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP BTP Administration.- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and system landscapes.- Experience in SAP system installation, upgrades, and performance tuning.- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 16 years full-time education is required.
