Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess technology trends, and provide guidance on best practices, all while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve system performance and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.- Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools.- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
