Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical standards, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation process. Your role will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to ensure successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve system architecture and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration.- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization.- Familiarity with cloud architecture and deployment strategies.- Ability to design and implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
