Job description Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of automobile factory construction and large-scale industrial site development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical execution of automobile factory/plant, industrial infrastructure, and labour management, with proven expertise in handling large automobile factory setups. Location - Jharkhand Key Responsibilities Lead site execution for automobile factory buildings and industrial site development with complete ownership of operations. Supervise daily site activities: manpower deployment, material handling, and equipment utilization. Enforce strict compliance with EHS and safety standards across all operations. Collaborate with planning, design, and procurement teams to ensure project alignment and progress. Monitor subcontractor and contractor performance; resolve site-related issues proactively. Maintain accurate site documentation including daily logs, progress trackers, and MIS reports. Ensure quality control, timely milestone achievement, and adherence to budget and timelines. Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship. Required Qualifications & Experience B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 15 to 18 years of experience in site management of large-scale industrial and automobile projects. Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial safety practices, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Proven ability to lead site teams and execute complex industrial construction projects independently. Preferred Candidate Profile Hands-on experience in automobile factory construction and large industrial EPC/turnkey projects. Familiarity with construction of assembly lines, workshops, industrial sheds, and utility infrastructure. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
