Senior Executive - HR

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR Executive/Sr. Executive to support our Talent Acquisition efforts and HR operations. Role Overview: Were looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sr. HR Executive/AM with a strong background in Talent Acquisition (70%) and General HR Operations (30%). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys recruiting for mid-level positions, and is eager to contribute to broader HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (70%) Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-level roles across functions Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Manage candidate communication and ensure a seamless recruitment experience Support employer branding and hiring initiatives HR Operations (30%) Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist in onboarding and induction processes Support in policy implementation, HR documentation, and compliance Address employee queries and escalate issues when needed Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Requirements: Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 6+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition Proven ability to manage multiple mid-level hiring mandates Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing teams What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a passionate and collaborative team Exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of HR A culture that values initiative, ownership, and continuous learning Role: Human Resources - Other Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Human Resources - Other Education PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills IT RecruitmentHR OperationsTalent Acquisition End To End RecruitmentRecruitment
