Job description About the Role As Senior Talent & Culture Manager, youll be the people architect of Fluid Studios Mumbai HQ. You’ll own hiring, onboarding, rituals, and HR ops, but more importantly, you’ll shape the culture that makes high-performance creative work possible. This isn’t just recruiting or admin. It’s a builder role. You’ll craft the systems, rituals, and environment that attract top-tier talent and turn them into aligned, obsessed, long-term teammates. You’ll be managing and building the following: Hiring Operations: Draft JDs, run sourcing funnels, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers. Onboarding Experience: Set up new joiners for success. From Day 1 checklists to 30-60-90 tracks. Culture Design: Lead rituals like feedback weeks, AMAs, creative showcases, and performance reviews. People Ops Systems: Track attendance, manage leaves, and coordinate with finance/legal on payroll and compliance. Internal Comms & Wellbeing: Act as a trusted sounding board for team concerns, conflicts, and alignment. Performance Infrastructure: Help build our review systems, growth tracks, and internal documentation. Requirements About You You care about people, but also about performance. You’re highly organized, from resume pipelines to onboarding checklists, nothing falls through. Key Experience, Skills & Knowledge 2–5 years experience in HR, People Ops, or Talent roles in fast-moving teams (agencies, startups, studios) Creative hiring experience. You’ve worked with design, content, or video teams before Excellent communication. You write clearly, listen well, and create alignment across functions Tool savvy. Notion, Airtable, Slack, Sheets, ATS tools, etc. Execution-driven.
