Driving compliance activities, employee connects & Provides guidance regarding personnel policies and procedures. Handling Employee grievances and providing appropriate resolutions for the same. Engaging Employees in Fun Activities, Conducting Festival Events, and motivating employees through R&R Activity. Preparing & Publishing weekly and Monthly Dashboards. Taking care of Exit formalities.
