Job description Role & responsibilities Vendor and consultant management Preparation RFP for the projects and assist in appointment of external consultants. Identify and manage relationships with reputed landscape consultants and vendors. Review and co-ordiante with various vendors proposals,mock-ups and material samples for design compliance. Monitor design implementation quality on site and resolve design execution gaps. Design & Development: Lead the creation of landscape design concepts aligned with project vision,site context and user experience. Guide internal and external teams through all stages,concept,schematic,design development and GFCs Co-ordinate with the management and various stakeholders for preparation of Design brief. Preparation of liaison drawings for local authorities approval and MOEF in co-ordination with Liasion team and other stake holders. Manage the landscape design process from concept to execution for commercial, Data Centre, and mixed-use developments. Develop detailed landscape plans, layouts, plant palettes, hardscape elements, and site furnishings aligned with project vision and brand guidelines. Ensure incorporation of sustainable, low-maintenance, and climate-appropriate landscape solutions. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (architecture, civil, MEP, and project management) to integrate landscape design into overall project plans. Coordinate with Internal stake holders external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Regulatory & Documentation: Provide landscape design inputs for budgeting and cost estimation with relevant stakeholders Prepare and review detailed drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards. Innovation & Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovations in landscape architecture.
