Supply Chain Analyst

Job description We are seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making in supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, and Power BI, along with a strong analytical mindset to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into supply chain performance, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Well versed with DAX queries and M-queries. Able to utilize SQL where ever it is required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to understand business requirements and implement analytics solutions. Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high data accuracy and quality. Optimize supply chain processes through predictive analytics and trend analysis. Work on automating reporting processes and enabling self-service analytics. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all supply chain analytics solutions. Key Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics or a similar role. Strong expertise in building and managing Azure Data Pipelines. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques. Experience working with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation. Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML models for supply chain forecasting. Familiarity with Azure Data Pipelines, Azure databricks and big data processing. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
