MBBS Doctor - Home OPD (Locum Basis)

Job description Job Overview: Dr. Morepen Home Health is looking for qualified and passionate MBBS doctors to join our Home OPD initiative on a locum/on-call basis. The role involves providing general consultations, follow-ups, and minor treatments at patients' homes, ensuring quality healthcare delivery at their doorstep. Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical examinations and medical consultations at patients residences. Diagnose illnesses, recommend treatment plans, and prescribe medications. Provide follow-up care and assess patient recovery and compliance. Coordinate with the central medical team for documentation and support. Maintain timely and accurate patient records using our digital tools. Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort during every visit. Candidate Requirements: MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Valid registration with MCI or State Medical Council. Prior experience in general practice, family medicine, or home care is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-centric approach. Willingness to travel within the assigned region for home visits. Work Model & Compensation: Locum-based engagement with flexible working hours. Compensation per visit or as per mutually agreed terms.
