Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Industrial Marketing Professional with over 5 years of experience in the steel or related heavy engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be a B. Tech (Mechanical) graduate with a deep understanding of technical/industrial products and proven experience in managing both domestic and international clients. This role demands strong communication, technical marketing, and client relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and emerging trends in the steel and allied sectors. Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Technical Marketing: Translate complex technical product features into clear marketing messages for different client segments. Develop technical brochures, datasheets, and presentations in collaboration with the engineering and design teams. Client Management: Handle B2B relationships with domestic and export clients, understanding their technical requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Liaise with customers from inquiry to order closure and post-sale support, ensuring a seamless experience. Sales Support & Business Development: Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales activities such as product demos, plant visits, and tender processes. Develop marketing collateral and proposals tailored to customer needs. Export Marketing: Handle documentation, client communications, and coordination for overseas shipments.
