You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions that enhance the learning management systems (LMS) experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Learning Management Systems (LMS).- Implement and maintain application features and enhancements.- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Learning Management Systems (LMS) technology.- Assist in the deployment and integration of applications with other systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).- Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience with database management systems and SQL.- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
