You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of applications to ensure optimal user experience and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch.- Knowledge of front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
