Candidate Screening and Selection : Oversee the candidate screening and selection process, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Interview Training : Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and interviewers to ensure fair and effective interviewing techniques. Employment Branding : Work on enhancing the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and provide data - driven insights to improve the recruitment process. Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
