Job description Role & responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and general accounting tasks. Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Generate MIS reports and assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings. Maintain and update financial records in Tally ERP and prepare reports in MS Excel. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting with practical exposure to GST, TDS, and general ledger management. Industry: Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred. Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and current accounting/tax regulations. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word). Experience in MIS report preparation, and handling data for audits and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
