Job description * Job Title: Lead Full-stack Developer Experience: 7+ Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office) Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Full-stack Developer who brings both strong technical expertise and effective leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in backend technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, along with solid frontend capabilities in Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based UI design. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes mentoring developers, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring project delivery in a collaborative Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications. Design and implement robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Develop responsive and modular front-end applications using Angular 8+, TypeScript, and NgRx. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive technical improvements. Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between services. Team Handling & Collaboration Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of full-stack developers. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps. Facilitate sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and drive team productivity. Provide timely feedback and foster a culture of continuous learning. Project Delivery & Ownership: Own the technical roadmap and deliver key milestones on time. Troubleshoot and resolve critical production and development issues. Optimize development workflows through CI/CD improvements and automation. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and unit/integration testing. Backend: 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and unit/integration testing. Frontend: 3+ years of experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx. Ability to build reusable components and implement responsive design. Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers. Ability to balance hands-on contribution with architectural and leadership responsibilities. Good-to-Have: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Agile/Scrum environment experience.
