Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide insights that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals in architectural best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration.- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization.- Experience in implementing and managing enterprise-level SAP solutions.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with SAP environments. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
