You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the technical architecture design and implementation.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.- Mentor junior team members in technical skills.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.- Expertise in Salesforce integration with external systems.- Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
