Each month we drop fresh capsules that sell out fast, and our secret sauce is killer video content that hypes every launch. The Mission Take THRD’s Instagram game from 125k to 1M followers. You’ll own the camera 80 % of your day—planning, shooting and delivering scroll-stopping Reels, sneak-peeks and vlog footage that makes our audience hit “add to cart” before the drop even goes live. What You’ll Do Plan the Playbook: Draft a monthly content calendar mapping teaser Reels, drop countdowns, BTS clips and YouTube vlogs. Shoot to Thrill: Set up lights, compose shots, direct our models (or even jump in front of the lens yourself) to capture crisp, fashion-forward visuals. Coordinate Chaos: Lock down locations, book models, prep outfits, manage gear and keep the shoot running on time with the help of an assistant. Collaborate & Iterate: Hand off raw footage to our editor, give clear shot lists + notes, review drafts, and tweak until every frame screams THRD. Trend Surf: Stay glued to Reels trends, audio snippets and viral formats—then adapt them to fit THRD’s streetwear vibe before they’re yesterday’s news. Measure & Level-Up: Track reel performance, pull insights and pitch new ideas to keep engagement climbing. Who You Are 1–3 yrs hands-on videography/content-creation experience (fashion or lifestyle a big plus). Live for the “record” button—comfortable lugging gear, squatting for low angles and nailing focus on the go. Can direct a model one minute and vlog selfie-style the next. Thrive in a small, hungry team—no ego, just passion for great work. Weekend or late-evening shoots? Cool by you when the drop demands it.
