Utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, leveraging new technologies with a cloud-first and agile approach. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software development best practices.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.- Hands-on experience in developing web applications using frameworks like ASP.NET, Angular, or React.- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
