Job description Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation Help improve candidate experience and employer branding Support onboarding and documentation processes Requirements Recent graduate or currently pursuing final year in HR / Psychology / Business Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with using MS Office, Excel, and basic HR tools A genuine interest in people, hiring, and talent management Why Join Us?
