You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the growth and success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure project success.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP programs.- Knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and integration with ABAP.- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing SAP HANA views and procedures. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
